Redemption of Incentive Rewards: To claim an Incentive Reward, an Eligible Employee who has earned an Incentive Reward must log into their Elan Client Resource Center account and navigate to the CA$H IN page. An Eligible Employee will be able to view all earned Incentive Rewards on this page and claim those Incentive Rewards by following the instructions provided. Eligible Employee will be required to provide the routing number and account number for the deposit account into which they would like their Incentive Reward to be deposited. Routing number and account number may be stored for use in claiming future Incentive Rewards. Incentive Rewards will be deposited into the employee’s designated account via ACH deposit within 14 days after they are claimed. Incentive Rewards must be claimed within 6 months of when they are posted to the employee CA$H IN account or the Incentive Reward will be forfeited. Upon claiming an Incentive Reward that brings the Eligible Employee’s total Incentive Rewards for a calendar year to $600 or more, the Eligible Employee will be required to complete and electronically sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release. These documents must be completed and electronically signed before an Incentive Reward that triggers this requirement (or any subsequent Incentive Reward) will be awarded. Any Incentive Rewards not claimed by an Eligible Employee before the employee’s employment with a participating Financial Institution is terminated will be forfeited.
